Stress has been identified as the cause of many illnesses, and medical research has found it to be a major cause of diabetes, high blood pressure and coronary failure in the USA.

A recent study of 46,000 employees showed reduced productivity, and a 147 % increase in Health Care costs for workers who are stressed.   Every year, thousands of people die of stress-related illnesses.   Published data shows that 75% of the work force experiences stress-related illnesses which lower productivity, employee morale, and the quality of life for millions of employees.

The Good News
